High tech is only possible if people master the technology - not the other way around. The competence of our employees, who are constantly trained in the discipline, makes it possible to implement the high level of our modern production and processing technology without friction losses.
This allows us to react quickly if you would like to have process suggestions, offers and reliable deliveries, as well. CNC controlled production processes, CAD programming, operating data acquisition, PPS and even direct processing in the customer's date form works perfectly over our electronic data processing system.
In our company, people and technology are not contrasts, but instead components meticulously attuned to each other in the service process for customers.
With the existing machine capacity (multiple CNC controlled milling machines and/or processing centers, high frequency form presses, vacuum presses, loading robots, automatic profile millers, wide format sanding machines, coating lines, surface coating system) as well as via the flexible working time and shift operation model used by the employees, the company can guarantee reliable production and delivery security at any time.
At the beginning of the year 2007, the product line was specifically expanded for the complete processing of profiled wooden parts. With a modern automatic planer and profiler of the newest generation, we have improved our processing quality and thus also achieved a rational means of production. The same holds true for the profile coating system which was optimized with additional processing stations, on which a large number of real wood veneers are processed. Thanks to the high degree of efficiency of both systems, cost increases in material purchasing as well as in the production were absorbed and thus price increases for the customers were able to be avoided.
Investments have also been made for high quality surfaces, particularly for profiled tools. The new vacuum painting system counts chief among them, which allows millimeter precise applications with an extraordinarily ecological means of working. The PUR coating system which was also recently put into service is designed to provide an extraordinarily high surface quality which is equally impact, scratch and wear resistant as well as resistant to moisture and temperatures.
These optimization measures in our production have clearly also increased our delivery capacity so that we can continue to meet the increased demands for high quality wooden products of every kind at all times.
